about ejb3 tutorial for jboss 4.2

I found the following link

and

http://docs.jboss.org/ejb3/docs/tutorial/

but I found there is no example source code to download, and the tutorial only show some code fragment, is there any place to download the complete tutorial source code for the above link tutorial.

I think at one point there was a download link for the 4.x tutorials just like the 5.x tutorials have http://www.jboss.org/ejb3/docs. I'll have to check if tha was the case. Or maybe a URL to SVN repo of the source.
