Dashboard component

I've created new component that can be used to rearrange components on your page.

Currently it is made with RF-4. I'will port it back to RF3 after positive feedback from community.

Hi Bernard,

We are using RF-3 and we need that dashboard component. Have you started porting the RF-4 component.
If you have not started we may work together if you wish.
