If i describe mbean in old style(via jboss-service.xml) it works.

@org.jboss.ejb3.annotation.Service. We deprecated it in AS6 and removed support for it in AS7. If you want the singleton nature of @Service, then you can use the EJB3.1 spec @Singleton bean. -
