Create a resource adapter (.rar) which contains the native libraries and make a nice Java interface to the rest of your application. Then put the .rar into an .ear.

Package java classes as you normally would.
Native libraries are located either through normal environment variables LD_LIBRARY_PATH or PATH depending upon platform or by adding
to the java command line used to run JBoss.

JSF and JNI are not related in any way. What makes you say this?
