    SLA support

    Bhargav Desai Newbie

      Hi ,

Is there any SLA support in jBPM ? Are there any notification messages if a certain SLA fails?

      Thanks,

      Bhargav

SLA Support? at which level? You can hook to the process engine different listener that can be asynchronous to implement a notification mechanism if you need it. What kind of SLA do you want to have regarding the internal mechanisms of the Engine? You can configure the engine to work in different ways to avoid delays when you are interacting with it.

          Cheers

When you say SLA, do you mean SLA as in a commercial suppport arrangement?

Yes, assuming you write the process and that process contains signal events that are triggered by conditions that define what you mean by an SLA failure.
