RichFaces is undefined

I can run the project locally but when i put on my server it gives this javascript error and only shows html, no other components.
Please help Its running on apache, it has all the libraries(commons, richfaces, jstl, jsf), what could be causing the error?

Check if external resources (JS/CSS) are loaded correctly.

Hello,
has this issue been resolved ?
I have similar problem but it looks like same version of the same browser (IE8) does not see the same problem.
I tried modifying setting on teh browser but still no luck.
Any idea what might cause this ?
