A failed deployment seems to cause all deployments to fail

I have a standalone AS7.1 system with 1 JDBC driver JAR, two SARs, and two WARs. One of the WAR deployments fails and jboss then fails all the other deployments.

Should it not just fail the one deployment and leave the other deployments deployed? David
