Hi all,

I'm using JBoss EAP 5.1.2 and trying to manage the mbeans using VisualVM 1.3.3.

Both JBoss and VisualVM are running on the same JDK (1.6.0_29, Apple).

I can connect, get/set/invoke almost every mbean under jboss.* except for jboss.system...

When trying to browse to the jboss.system --> Log4JService --> Logging i get an error:

java.io.IOException: unknown protocol: resource

...and I cannot get/set/invoke (or see) any mbean information.

Anyone had this issue before?

Help would be most appriciated!
