seam 3 security and openIdAuthenticator and richfaces

hi
i have an application with seam 3 and richfaces 4. i want to authenticate my users across an openid authenticator like cas from jasig.i want to use seam security module and an openIdAuthenticator for authenticator...but when i add seam-security-external lib in my project, it throw exception like below :

Do you have the picketlink and the rest of the seam-security api jars in your archive?

yes i have these in my project archive, but this exception occurred when seam try to inject the DialogueManager to DialogueFilter...and i have a nullPointerException when it call a method of DialogueManager :(
