    deployment type too restrictive?

Open issue: is this too restrictive? We could allow multiple deployment types to be specified, and ignore all but the highest-precedence enabled deployment type.

Allow 0...n deployment types.  But if you are going to ignore all but one, then what's the point of allowing user to demarcate method/class with more than one deployment type to begin with???  I guess unless they can change the priority in a config file or during runtime?
