Intercepting Remote EJB invocations on client side?

      Hi guys
I just posted a question to the Glassfish forum, but figured this forum might be a better place to ask:

What I would like to do is intercept remote ejb invocations on the client side, before and after they are sent to the server. This could be very useful for logging/performance monitoring and caching.

Does anyone have suggestions on how this could be achieved? Whether it is using an interceptor, proxy objects or something else, anything is interesting..

      Regards,
