Is there any update on the @TransactionScoped annotation?

Having a look around, I can't seem to find anything on it of late, except that the Seam 3 Persistence module mentions they will provide A CDI Transaction Scope.

Just curious if there are still plans to support it and whether it will be part of Seam 3.
