        This is essentially be an observer in applications scope right. There is no way one session can communicate with another afaik.


        What would be the remaining options? JMS? I'm on WAR so it pretty much rules out MDBs. A thread polling the application scoped component?


        A poll from the conversation would be possible I guess.
