Apology if it has been discussed before - I continue to look in the forum.

I would like to use JPA EntityManager style configuration with component.xml, persistence/xml and @In injection for em. Is there any hook anywhere to customize the datasource attributes programatically? So for example, we encrypt the DB password in a XML file, and would like to read the file during runtime etc.

Any pointers? Are interceptors the thing to read up on?
