There is plenty of literature out there regarding how one abandons a conversation (with conversation.leave or propagation="none") and gets back to it (with entry.select).  My question is how all this works with conversations associated with JPDL pageflows.  When the conversation is abandoned, how is the pageflow suspended exactly?  And when it is reengaged, how does the pageflow resume?
