Booking sample broken in Seam 2.1.0.SP1?

Is the booking sample broken in Seam 2.1.0.SP1? I download a fresh copy of Seam 2.1.0.SP1 and JBoss 4.2.3.GA, and see two problems:

1. If I just 'cd' into the 'examples/booking' folder and do 'ant', it won't build citing a missing TestNG library. If I add testng-jdk15.jar into 'seam/lib' it does build

2. When I run the app, I search for a hotel and try to click on it to view it and get a Seam Debug page?

Also, the Groovy Booking app seems to do the same thing? And the DVD Store seems broken complaining of a missing org.tuckey.web.filters.urlrewrite.UrlRewriteFilter?

Have I missed something big?
