Looks like cid is interferring with page section navigation when one navigates to a bookmarked section (ex:page.xhtml#middlepage). The cid always affixes at the end (ex. page.xhtml#middlepage&cid=1) thus disabling navigation within the page. Is URLRewriting the answer? How do we do it without URLRewrite?
