    Do I need Seam Redirect Filter?

    Gregory Nikle Apprentice

      In docs we read?

      9.1.3. Enabling conversation propagation with redirects

      If you want to use post-then-redirect in JSF, and you want Seam to propagate the conversation context across the browser redirects, you need to register a servlet filter:

      <filter>
          <filter-name>Seam Redirect Filter</filter-name>
          <filter-class>org.jboss.seam.servlet.SeamRedirectFilter</filter-class>
      </filter>

      <filter-mapping>
          <filter-name>Seam Redirect Filter</filter-name>
          <url-pattern>*.jsf</url-pattern>
      </filter-mapping>

      so if I don't use JSF redirect instead of seam pages.xml redirects do I neet to implement this in my web.xml?

      I also wondering about seam exception filter.
      They are default loaded by seam, can I disable them?
