How to use files which are not located in ear but covered to it?

Hi.
I don't know where to ask my question. I'll try to ask it in this forum.

I use Seam 2.1.1
My project is located in ear archive. And I need to use following feature.

My project has some properties which I must to exclude from ear-archive and use it as single file with some properties. Because this properties can be changed many times and I don't want remake my ear every time when I want to change properties.

I don't know how to make it. This properties are not datasource properties. They are my project for only.
