Please log in first notification

Hi,

I have a login page that does 2 weird things:
1) Adds this message to the messages queue: Please log in first after pressing the login button.
2) I add my own custom message when login fails. I add the message to some control, but it is not shown on the screen and I get warning that messages was enqueued but not shown.

Does anyone has an idea?

My guess is that you need a proper redirect for the message to appear

Hi,

thanks for your answer. I didn't quite understand. What do you mean by proper redirect? You press on the login button, then you get a notification that user/password is invalid and you should stay on the same page.
