I started working a Seam project at a new company using Maven.  What has everybody's experience been with using Maven 2.x with Seam 2.x apps?  How bout Seam archetypes?  Is there going to be a standard Maven archetype in Seam 3?  Builds are definitely slower with Maven compared to Ant but of course there is the Maven life cycle with unit test suites, reports, etc. that slows it down not to mention the initial repository load.
