Yes, these are supported and if you use production configuration, you should get it working out of the box. Since you are using EPP 5.2, I recommend you to use Red Hat's support channel to get more prompt response.

No, it means Red Hat's support team. I assumed that since you have access to EPP 5.2, you have access to Red Hat's customer portal. https://access.redhat.com/home
