Question About JIRA Issue HHH-4559 - Envers Fails to load wh

Adam,

I wanted to ask if you could provide any pointers on how I can go about fixing, HHH-4559 . I am trying to use the Hibernate 3.5 Beta 2 as part of my early development on a project and this bug is a deal breaker for me if it's not going to be fixed for 3.5. Any chance you can comment on if or when this might get looked at?

Hello,

there are some good pointers in the issue. I would try adding the formula instead of a column discriminator to the generated mapping and see if it works :). So that would be around AuditMetadataGenerator around line 282 (beginning of generateMappingData).
