    Use Jboss-2.4.3 with mySql - configuration problem

    dawei Newbie

      Dear All,

      I am learning to use Jboss-2.4.3 with mysql. I did
      following things:

      1. copied the section of mySql adaptor configuration
      in the manual chapter 3 into c:\jboss-2.4.3\conf\default\jboss.jcml corresponding section,
      and edited several fields ( see attached file).

      2. downloaded and copied mysql mm driver (version 2.0,4) into c:\jboss-2.4.3\lib\ext.

      3. tested mysql which is working.

      4. Read lots of posts on this Forum, and stil
      having a problem.

      HERE IS SECTION OF MY JCML FILE:

      <!-- $Id: resource.xml,v 3.4 2001/12/01 02:17:42 d_jencks Exp $ -->

      <!-- ==================================================================== -->
      <!-- JDBC - Initialize the databases -->
      <!-- to ConnectionFactoryLoader -->
      <!-- ==================================================================== -->

      ConnectionURL=jdbc:mysql://localhost/mysql
      DriverClass=org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver
      UserName=root
      mysqlDS
      java:/TransactionManager
      <mbean-ref name="ResourceAdapterName">JCA:service=RARDeployment,name=Minerva JDBC LocalTransaction ResourceAdapter</mbean-ref>
      <mbean-ref name="ConnectionManagerFactoryLoaderName">JCA:service=ConnectionManagerFactoryLoader,name=MinervaSharedLocalCMFactory</mbean-ref>
      #
      #Wed Aug 15 16:17:29 EDT 2001
      BlockingTimeoutMillis=500000
      IdleTimeoutMinutes=30
      MaxSize=10
      CleanupIntervalMinutes=10
      MinSize=0
      MaxIdleTimeoutPercent=1.0

      org.jboss.resource.security.ManyToOnePrincipalMapping

      UserName=root Password=Baiqing

      AND HERE IS THE ERROR MESG AFTER I STARTED THE JBOSS
      SERVER:
