Does JBDS self-update?

Since JBDS is essentially a copy of Eclipse with JBoss Tools, and Eclipse and its plugins have the ability to auto-update, does this mean that a JBDS 5 early access install will eventually self-update once the final version is released?

once we put the final bits on to JBDS 5 updatesites it will see them but we don't guarantee that it works.
