AS 7 Plugin ( RHQ 4.2) is Compatible with AS 7.1 sever yes or no?????????

I try to deploy project RHQ but when I try to manage AS server 7.1 with AS 7 Plugin I can not.

please can you help me?

As far as I recall there was no AS7 plugin in RHQ 4.2. It got added in RHQ 4.4 and enhanced since.
The "as" plugin in earlier versions of RHQ are meant for AS3+4, and the AS5 plugin for AS5
