I am not sure whether I have chosen the right category for this question but I am forced to pickup "News and Announcements".
Coming to my question, as of I know, JBoss Community Edition is free but not supported.
But I want to know whether RedHat provides any support for Community Edtion under support kind of license (Say one year support license or Ticket based license). If yes what kind/type of support they provide to JBoss Community Edition?
I am currently working on a implementation of JBoss for one our of customers who chose JBoss Community Edition based on their budget.
Since its difficult for any JBoss admin to solve critical issues they need vendor support for any issues after they are live in production.
