    JBPM 5.3  - Human Task WAR deployment issue

    shekhar g Newbie

      Hi,

      I have successfully deployed following WARs on Jboss 7.0.1.

      designer, drools-guvnor, jbpm-gwt-console, jbpm-gwt-console-server

      However, I receive an exception while deploying human task WAR (jbpm-human-task-war).

      ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[default-host].[/jbpm-human-task-war]] (MSC service thread 1-1) StandardWrapper.Throwable:

      javax.persistence.PersistenceException:  No Persistence provider for EntityManager named org.jbpm.task

      I have modified persistence.xml to connect to SQL Server data source.

      <persistence xmlns:orm="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence/orm" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-

      instance" xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence" version="1.0"xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence/persistence_1_0.xsd http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence/orm http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence/orm_1_0.xsd">

      <class>org.jbpm.task.Task</class>
      <class>org.jbpm.task.TaskData</class>
      <class>org.jbpm.task.User</class>
      <properties>

      <property name="hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto" value="create"/>
      <property name="hibernate.show_sql" value="true"/>
      <property name="hibernate.transaction.manager_lookup_class" value="org.jbpm.integration.console.JBPMTransactionManager"/>
      </properties>
      </persistence-unit>

      </persistence>

      Also, I do not see Taslorm.xml in META-INF folder of the human task WAR (jbpm-human-task-war)

      How can this issue be resolved?

      Thank you.

          This issue has been resolved. I had to export WAR and add a bunch of JARs including Hibernate JARs, javassist-3.4.GA.jar, hornetq-core-2.2.5.Final.jar etc.
