You have to activate the download-sources profile. This can be done in the thirdparty directory
mvn package -Pdownload-sources
Or from the build directory
./build.sh -Dthirdparty.maven.opts="-Pdownload-sources" -

They are supposed to be downloaded dynamically from repository.jboss.com at build time. -

Yes, they are included in the source. For example, the jboss-5.0.0.CR1-src.tar.gz\jboss-5.0.0.CR1-src\thirdparty\jboss\jboss-cl\lib folder hasjboss-classloader.jar jboss-classloading-vfs.jar jboss-classloading.jar
