    3.0.0RC1 changes to oracle-service.xml?

    Ian Macey Newbie

Just upgraded to RC1 from beta, and although no errors were reported deploying my old oracle-service.xml:

10:24:27,168 INFO [MainDeployer] Starting deployment of package: file:/C:/prg/jboss-3.0.0RC1/server/default/deploy/oracle-service.xml

10:24:27,277 INFO [MainDeployer] Successfully completed deployment of package: file:/C:/prg/jboss-3.0.0RC1/server/default/deploy/oracle-service.xml

The 'OracleDS' service is not shown on the Agent View page, and reported as 'Not Bound' when used.

Anyone know what you have to do different with RC1? Clearly the directory structure has moved around a bit, I've changed the datasource in \server\default\conf\standardjaws.xml to:

      java:/OracleDS

Put oracle-service.xml in \server\default\deploy, which has OracleDS and:

      mbean code="org.jboss.resource.ConnectionFactoryLoader" name="jboss.jca:service=ConnectionFactoryLoader,name=OracleDS">

      And put classes12.zip in \lib.

Anyone out there using RC1 with Oracle have any ideas??

      Thanks.
