JBoss 2.4.4 does not work correctly with MySQL 3.23.49a-Max

I use Tomcat 4.0.1 with JBoss 2.4.4 and MySQL 3.23.49a-Max

My application first log on the user, then reads his rights and after that shows some objects.. All the data is from the EJB objects.

If I restart MySQL OR JBoss and try to log in, it gives an error. The second time it works and after that no problem appears (the rights of the user and the other objects are read correctly).

If I restart MySQL OR JBoss after I log in, other objects are not read correctly, then they are read correctly.

*Sometimes*, after a period of not using the application, some objects are not read, as if I restarted MySQL or JBoss.

I want to know if this happend to somebody else and if he/she found a solution or know exactly what is the problem.

If you need I can detail my configuration.

      Thank you,
      Alex
