Cannot get CMP 2.0 Example working

I am having difficulty getting the CMP 2.0 example that is contained in the CMP 2.0 documentation to work. After following the instructions carefully I was able to build the example. Deploying the ear file to JBoss 3.0 RC1 fills up the JBoss console with exceptions. All of tests fail.

Has anyone deployed this successfully?

It looks like the dtds for the deployment descriptors have changed between 3.0 alpha and 3.0 RC1. The example was apparently written for 3.0 alpha.

Use RC2 with RC1 you'll get another problems even after successful deployment.

Did you resently buy the documentation? There is new documention updated for JBoss 3.0 (final release). If you resently get the docs (with in the last month), contact flashline and they will send you the correct documentation, as they had a bug that caused people to get the old documentation. If you purchased the documentaion a while ago, you will need to buy the new docs (unless you bought a subscription).
