There's no way to do this currently, unfortunately, but would it work if you were able to produce an error message when the plugin was run? It's possible we could add something to do this if you want to email the dev list with your ideas!

thanks for your reply.
I think about it, maybe I use the DependencyFacet to check if it can resolve any version of the needed dependecy at the start of my commands..
