Repeated SELECT

I developed a CMP-entity bean (for test), but I noticed a SELECT on the PostgresSQL-DB for _every_ "getInfo()" method.
But the JBOSS (3.0.0) doesn't cache previous value?

Platform: JBOSS 3.0.0
OS: Linux RedHat 7.2
JAVA: JDK 1.3.1

Only if you are using Commit Option A.

Ok, but if I use "commit-option" to "A" I noticed that every update against a cache-object is OK on the DB but the cached object mantains the old value.

How can I obtain this in realt-time?
Commit-option "D" execute update, but not a "real-time" cached-object update ... :(

You can't. Either JBossCMP checks for new values or it doesn't.
