Developing with Eclipse and JBoss AS7. Can we use a remote server.

My firm is moving from Eclipse and Tomcat to Eclipse and JBoss AS7. I found a great guide on how to install the JBoss Tools for Eclipse and test with a local JBoss Server on the same workstation as Eclipse. It works fine. But I am trying to think of a way to have JBoss on a VM that all the devlopers can access and setup Eclipse to do Debug, Deploying etc on the remote JBoss Server.

Can this be done?

I am sure it can be done (the maven plugin can remote deploy and the server can be started in debug mode as any). Although I'm not sure if there are side-effects of multiple users remote debugging. If many people deploy, the debug sessions are being interrupted, the source no longer match the deployment etc.
