Is there anyway to configure the agents/server to solely communicate through a proxy server in the latest version ?

I have multiple aws accounts each with multiple vpc's deployed in each.  I do not have direct connection between all the instances across the accounts (some have internet access, some do not) but want to centrally monitor them all with RHQ.  Is there a way to manage agent connections exclusively through a proxy?
