genman Mar 13, 2013 1:28 PM (in response to huchangchun)RHQ does not monitor any MBean it finds, you have to tell it what to look for. There is a demo: https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/RHQ/Plugins+-+Demos+-+Writing+Custom+JMX+Plugin
If you are interested in seeing your MBeans, use JConsole or search for "JMX Browser".

3. Re: Is there any tool can show all McBean available in JBoss AS 5
huchangchun Mar 13, 2013 10:13 PM (in response to genman)Hello Elias,
JConsole is useful to see the MBeans. However, from RHQ JBoss AS 5 Plugin, the metrics are no long properties of MBean, but McBean. So I would like to know whether there is a tool to see the McBeans. Taking metric "JVM Free Memory" for example, its property is "jboss.system:type=ServerInfo:FreeMemory" in old JBoss AS plugin. And its property is changed to "MCBean|ServerInfo|*|freeMemory" in JBoss AS 5 plugin. I can find all MBean provided by JBoss AS with JConsole or JMX console, however, I don't know how to find all the McBean provided by JBoss AS. Is there any tool? Many thanks.
