I started with all the feedback on the tooling, since some of that needs to land in 0.8.  I have added [0.8] annotations in the document for stuff I think it crucial to get in for 0.8.  Anything else in there is welcome in 0.8 as well, but figured I would leave that up to others to decide. :-)

Brian/Rob - when you have a moment, would you mind reviewing what's there and let me know if anything marked as 0.8 will be problematic?
