1. Re: Should it be possible to share topics between different servers?
zhfeng Mar 18, 2013 11:21 PM (in response to crisb)at the moment this is disallowed as only one server can advertise a service with a given name.
yeah, you're right. why do you need to share the topic between the servers ?
"foo" and "bar" have the different business logic and all of them needs the same messages ?
Thanks,
Amos

2. Re: Should it be possible to share topics between different servers?
crisb Mar 19, 2013 4:10 AM (in response to zhfeng)well although the servers do have different business logic they also share some common functionality, so being able to receive the same message would be very advantageous.

3. Re: Should it be possible to share topics between different servers?
tomjenkinson Mar 19, 2013 6:35 AM (in response to crisb)We added this initially to ensure that each "server" is identical in the services it offers. We can relax this constraint if that doesn't make sense in your use case. If you would like this functionality adding please can you raise a Jira over here:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/BLACKTIE
Thanks,
Tom
