we have not yet get the Page Fragments for the RF4 in the shape we could distribute it.
Then preliminary plan is to develop this encapsulation as part of RF5 test development efforts.
I would let Pavol or Juraj describe if and how you can use it now, but this solution will be definitely not guaranteed to be stable.
the project you are referencing was solely for my bachelor thesis showcase (consider it obsolete).
We are instead developing Page Fragments in the RichFafaces team, but as Lukas said they are not stable, we will probably refactor them in a short time.

When they are complete they should cover all RichFaces components, in other words you will be able to test RichFaces applications far more easily.
