<rich:popupPanel> doesn't appear after using <ui:composition template=“/template.xhtml”>

I use <rich:popupPanel> properly, but after I am adding a template in my page, my <rich:popupPanel> doesn't appear after clicking on the<a4j:commandButton> which trigger it !

Why <rich:popupPanel> doesn't appear, and how to resolve this issue ?

be sure to have your popupPanel inside element ui:composition while using template
