Topic client consumers limit....

Since topic is used by many consumers to consume same message....but is there is any limit to no. of consumers..

In case of Queue , if a client consumer received a message , it sends the ack to queue then message is being deleted from queue . But in case of topic when the message gets deleted from topic ....?

a topic doesnt hold any messages, think of the subscrption as the queue, when the message is acked it is deleted form the subscriptions queue.

Im not sure how much more i can elaborate, a topic is just an address, it has queues that are the subscriptions, messages are placed on the queues not the address so when the subscriber consumes them they are deleted from the queue.
