I have tagged resource groups with some value, say 'foo=bar'.

There is a way to report on resources with those tags, but not the resource group themselves.

Is there a Bugzilla for this feature?

Reports -> Tags -> 'Tagged Resources' exist.

Also, is there some sort of transitive relationship. E.g. if a group is tagged, then the resources are also tagged. I dunno if that makes sense though.
