          Hi Pravin,

Your friend is correct.  You need to use JBPM 5.4 now along with drool rule engine lib 5.4 as ot is a separate product.

The JBPM 6 is just released and not a final release yet so defects are expected and not much information will be available.

JBPM 5.4 is really stable and lots of information is available.

              Hi Praven,

JBPM out of the box readyness is only with H2.

You can use MQSql, PostgreSQL and Oracle.

MongoDB is document oriented DB and its use with JBPM is unclear to me.

Can you let me know your specific use case?  Do you want to save any specific business related data do MongoDB?  If that is the case that  should be possible as the logic will be written by you.

              Regards,

              Ashish

                Hi Ashish,

Thanks for Quick reply, As our Project is Initial state we have to store the Data which is Coming from UI, i mean they will be sending the Data in JSON object and i have to store it in Mongo DB and i have to retrieve the same.

I'm really not sure how to store the Data into Mongo DB which is coming from the UI As JSON object

                Thanks,

                Praveen

                  Hi Praveen,

I thought I replied to this message.   You might have already figured it out.

                  Where does JBPM comes here?

You have user interface  which takes input and send data as a JSon which you can convert into java object and store in to DB.

I am not able to understand the complete picture here.

Is UI  part of the JBPM process?

                  Regards.

                  Ashish

                    HI Ashish,

UI is not Part of JBPM Process...They have developed UI Using HTML and JSON Object, I'm new to JBPM and i have Fair Idea on Java

The thing i want to do is i have to collect all the Inputs which are coming from UI and have to write the WORK flow in JBPMN.

SO here my question how can i get the Input from UI, whether UI People should expose as service and i should take it as Input. and i want to Integrate with BPMN
