JBoss won't hot deploy CSS even with restarting server

Some reason my hot deploying (refreshing my webpage) to see my css changes stopped.

I am using JBoss as 7.1.1.final for my server.

I can't figure out why. My SASS complier works fine and loads the correct css but it just won't take into effect.

Now the only way for the website to see my change is to clean my project everytime in eclipse for my css changes to take effect.

My tag,jsp and others works by updating and refreshing the screen just not my CSS.

Any help?

Nothing!
The only thing i configured is the hot deployment using the web console, turning it on.
I tried turning it off but still had no effect.

Check that the css file is really changed (touch filename helps?).
If that doesn't help make a small webapp to reproduce the problem and post it here.
