Hello everyone

Can you please help me how to update Jboss 5 with Java j2ee 5 version.

No for that you need to move to AS7 or WildFly, AS5 is developed for EE5 support.

thank for the reply,i can not do this by any jar changes in Jboss 5.1 GA version to support Java EE 6.

Java EE is not something you can "upgrade" within an Application Server. It's a set of API's that an Application Server complies with. If you want to use JavaEE 6 and develop against the spec then you have to use WildFly or AS7 as Wolf mentioned.
