How to jump to a specific task ?

Default behaviour: I complete Task A, I am forwarded to task B. Then task C, D etc...

What I want: I complete Task A. I already have task B and C variables (given by external application) so I want to go directly on the task D.

I think I have to complete() task B and C anyways to keep a consistent process instance. It must be transparent for the user.
