What else is running on that machine? Could be port conflicts. Also could be network issues. Or inability to connect to an external process or remote resource. Check that you don't have a firewall blocking communication, too.

But if you have a subscription for the commercial product ("Fuse Service Works", not community "SwitchYard") you might also consider opening a ticket with Red Hat. Those tickets come with SLAs, which can help drive a faster resolution sometimes.
