Sample "Hello World" WAR for EAP6?

Hi all,

I'm now following the RedHat EAP6 Administration Course (JB248) and I would like to practice at home.

Would someone be kind enough to provide me some kind of Hello world WAR?

If possible, if it could display the name of the server, IP and Port it's running on it would be great!

(server = /host=host1/server=server1)

PS: I don't want to use Maven as it's not in the courses, so I can't (or don't know how to) use the quick starts.

Hello Francois,

using quickstarts is very simple, you need to install maven and Java and follow the README of each quickstart.
It will be helpful to have examples to start with.

if you have problems you might ask here.

Yes but Maven is not in the training so I can't use the examples…!

Is it possible to export a .war from the quickstart?
