I did not understand exactly what you mean and what you want to connect.

I suppose it is a problem wth the IP binding. By default the server will use two different bindings, one for management and one for the "application" ports, both bind localhost by default.

You need to start server with "-b<IP> -bmanagement<IP>" or configure the domain/host xml files
